Partnering with Paladin for our Hybrid Management Program is a great option for self-managed Associations who feel they have a good handle on day-to-day operations within their community but would like to take advantages of some of the tools and softwares that we use to make managing an association easier, with some additional support regarding specific projects or problems they are facing.

We do offer specialized support and oversight for associations not currently under full-time management and render these services on a per hour or per project basis depending on the specific circumstances our client is facing.

Things We Do To Get You Set-Up for Success

  • Set Up Management Software
    • Get all units, unit owners, and contact information entered into the management software
    • Set up all the software preferences
    • Set up and link bank accounts for seamless invoicing and bill-pay
    • Set up the annual budget and financial reporting functions based on your current budget
    • Create recurring invoices so that monthly dues or special assessments get billed correctly to each unit owner.
    • Set up and organize chart of accounts
    • Set up maintenance and general request forms
    • Set up violations form
    • Set-up custom fields that you may need
    • Enter your condo docs, insurance docs, and budget into the documents section so that owners can access them at any time.
  • Set up and Train your AI Assistant (if applicable)
  • Set you up on our back end project management interface/software
  • Provide you with training via our Basic and Advanced Online Courses

    • Community includes Condo Attorneys, Insurance agents, Realtors, Mortgage brokers, Tradesmen, and many other vendors that specialize in serving the HOA world. All of these vendors will be resources that you can ask questions to and engage for services if needed.

  • 24/7 AI Assistant – $50/mo (Recommended)
    • 24/7 AI Assistant trained on your associations Condo Docs.
    • Can field questions from unit owners in real time
    • Can answer questions about rules and/or condo docs
      • Useful to owners and Board Memebers
    • Can escalate issues to management or board if the issue requires human intervention
    • Can answer phone calls, texts and emails immediately
    • Always responds to owners in a polite, positive, and professional way.

 

  • Back-end Management Software – $50/mo (Highly Recommended)

    • This is a project management software that keeps our team and the Board in constant communication on all projects.
    • It allows for shared access to a Task list for maintenance request and administrative items
    • Each member can make comments on tasks and attach pictures
    • It allows tasks to be assigned and then certain people to be notified when the tasks are completed
