Commonly Asked Questions

Let’s save you the call.

Can you manage my rental properties?

No we specialize in HOA and/or Community Association Management. The licensing and credentialing for residential property management is different and we are not currently set up for that type of property management. However we do have a great referral relationship with another property management company that could help you and who we’d be happy to refer you to.

I’m looking for an apartment or place to live, do you have any availability?

Unfortunately, since we do not do residential property management, we are not in the ideal space to help pair tenants with landlords. However we do have someone we can refer you to for help with that.

If you are looking to purchase a condo or property in an HOA in Connecticut, we may know of property that is currently or will soon be for sale in one of the associations we manage, and may be able to connect you with the right people to help you purchase a property we already have under management.

I am a real estate investor seeking to invest in condos and/or HOA’s, can you help?

While we generally discourage investor owners from the associations we manage, we are happy to be a resource for questions around why that is and the potential pitfalls for investor-owners in HOA’s and Common Interest Communities.

That said, for the right investor we do feel that there may be opportunities in HOA communities if a very specific approach/strategy is taken. If you are a real estate investor committed to this space, we are open to discussing the potential for executing this strategy in the correct circumstance.

Can we hire you for independent Contracting/Construction work?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured as a general contractor.  That said we really only take on larger scale independent projects and outside work. Typically our minimum threshold for an independent job is $25k or more in labor and the work must be located in the State of Connecticut.

Can we hire you for independent Landscaping or Snow Removal contracts?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured to perform independent landscaping and snow removal services. However we only perform this work with properties located in Central Connecticut who have signed seasonal contracts with us that exceed our minimum revenue threshold. We specialize in residential complexes and larger business facilities or corporate offices.

Do you take on clients and/or work with associations outside of Connecticut?

Yes, because of our niche in the industry, we are open to working with clients in any of the 50 states, and currently have a satellite office in Puerto Rico. Please feel free to give us a call or fill out the contact form on this website to see if one of these services might be a good fit for you.
