How Does it Work?
This can be a one-time or recurring fee-based service. We have two licensing models depending on what our client is looking for.
This is a one-time fee-based service where we work with a Self-Managed HOA, and share our systems, tools, knowledge, and resources, to mentor them and help them become the most successful version of themselves.
This process starts with an on-site visit, a brainstorming and strategy session to tailor a plan that best suits the client, two weeks of in-depth modular online training, and one year of coaching, mentorship, and support. At the end of that year, the client can choose to purchase a continued support package for ongoing coaching and mentorship.
HOA Management Start-Up’s
This is a one-time fee-based service, for out-of-state entrepreneurs or groups, who aspire to enter the field of HOA and Community Association Management. This is not a regulatory licensing or certification program. It is a program where we are allowing clients access to our proven model for success in the industry. We share our system, tools, knowledge, and resources, to train and mentor them into becoming a successful and profitable management company.
This process starts with three months of intensive training, a deep dive into their state’s legal guides and requirements, a binder of educational resources, templates, and support materials; Followed by one year of coaching, mentorship and support.
At the end of that year, the client can choose to purchase a continued support package for ongoing coaching and mentorship.
While some laws differ from state-to -state with regards to the operation of HOA’s and Common Interest Communities, most of the differences are relatively minor in nature. We take it upon ourselves to do our due-diligence in researching a client’s state laws prior to working with them. As such, we feel our licensing & training model would benefit any client operating in the United States and therefore offer this service Nationally.
